This consent applies to the information I provide through a form on the website:

• my company name, if it can identify me as an individual or individual entrepreneur;
• my telephone number;
• my username or nickname on Telegram or another messenger I specify;
• information about my project, estimated budget, and any other information I choose to include in my message, insofar as it relates to me as an identified or identifiable individual.

2. Purposes of Processing
My personal data will be processed solely to:

• receive, register, and review my enquiry;
• contact me using the contact details I provide;
• clarify the project scope, requirements, timeline, and budget;
• prepare a proposal or cost estimate and conduct negotiations;
• enter into a contract at my request if we agree to work together.

This consent does not include consent to receive advertising or mass informational mailings.
3. Processing Operations
The Operator may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, provide access to persons processing data on the Operator’s behalf, restrict, delete, and destroy my personal data.
Processing may be carried out by automated or non-automated means.
The Operator does not make my personal data publicly available or provide access to it to an unlimited number of persons.
4. Services Used
To receive, deliver, and store my enquiry, the Operator may engage persons providing the following services to process my personal data:

• Tilda, the website-building and form-submission platform;
• the email service the Operator uses to receive enquiries;
• a Telegram integration service and Telegram, solely to deliver my enquiry to the Operator.

These persons may process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the relevant service and in accordance with the Operator’s instructions, their agreement with the Operator, or another applicable legal basis.
5. Duration of Consent
This consent takes effect when I submit the form and remains valid for 12 months or until I withdraw it, whichever occurs first.
If my enquiry results in a contract, the personal data necessary for that relationship may continue to be processed for the periods established by the contract and Russian law, on an applicable legal basis.
When the purposes of processing have been achieved, this consent expires, or I withdraw it, my personal data will be deleted or destroyed unless the Operator is entitled to continue processing it on another lawful basis.
6. Withdrawal of Consent
I may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing godunovlad@gmail.com with the subject line “Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing”.
My request should include information enabling the Operator to identify me and locate the relevant personal data, such as the telephone number or username I provided when submitting the enquiry.

I understand that declining to provide my personal data or withdrawing this consent may make it impossible to review my enquiry, prepare a proposal, or contact me further.
